In SBML, the 'notes' object has to contain well-formed HTML. This is, of course, a pain.
What if we looped in a markdown converter so that the user could get/set notes with markdown-style text, instead?
I was considering doing this for Antimony directly, but then thought the community might also benefit from this addition.
