order_cherries now also returns a "row_idxs" corresponding to the argsort output on the cherries.
This gets rid of the intermediate function "_get_sorted_indices" for Newick strings with parent annots + BLs
Also gets rid of a comment in newick/mod.rs
Bump the Rust package to 0.2.1
