My university requires a signed co-authorship declaration from all authors as this submission will be part of my PhD thesis. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach @madelinegordon over the past month. Given this situation, my senior advisors at the University of Washington and the University of Copenhagen have recommended that I remove her from the author list and instead acknowledge her contributions in an acknowledgements section.
