Update package dates and fix typo in R help

Bump package date to 2026-03-05 in DESCRIPTION and jamovi/0000.yaml, and correct a typo in the R help HTML string (changed "pschoPDA" to "psychoPDA") in R/psychopdaroc.b.R. Minor editorial changes for accuracy and metadata consistency.

Bump to 0.0.34; enhance kappa modules

Update package version to 0.0.34 and apply feature and robustness improvements to kappa-related jamovi modules. Add a new CI type option (citype) including one-sided CI support, extend allowed raters to 6, improve parsing/validation of proportions (multiple delimiters and binary shorthand), and harden input validation. Introduce caching and summary capture for kappaSize CI and FixedN/Power modules, add a preformatted summary output, and refactor formatting/explanation routines for clearer output. Updated generated R6 headers, jamovi YAML metadata, and corresponding man pages.
