- Fixes for several functions in RPC found during the documentation writing process
- Removed unused function calls
- Add RPC endpoint to get Safex offers in JSON
- Fixed build warnings on newer compilers
- Fixed Boost broken download link
- Fixed wallet negative item quantity for the seller

- This way we prevent problems with alt. blockchain
* For example: A purchase was on alt. block and then confirmed again.
This means that offer quantity in the wallet will show 1 item less
- The implementation is now more similar to the balance() function and
should return correct values
