Remove `Sync` bound from `EventsLoop` - Add a proxy type as the exclusive way of `interrupt`ing the loop from other threads.

This is a follow up to the discussion in #136 and for tracking the change discussed [here](https://github.com/tomaka/winit/pull/136#issuecomment-303082720). Related to #175 cc @jwilm.
