Introduce a suite of traversal methods on
NodeMutthat mirrorNodeRefiterators for convenient, mutable navigation of a tree structure without manually jugglingNodeMut. In addition, I've implementedas_refmethod that downgradesNodeMuttoNodeRef. All new methods (exceptas_ref) are covered by unit tests.
