You need to run cargo add-person <name> for the missing people.

I didn't receive an invite, I think, though I already have admin access on the guide repo....

Interesting. I never got any emails, but I did get the invite by going to https://github.com/rust-lang. It was a narrow blue bar at the top of the screen.
