except for bit fields. I made a risky assumption on leading bit fields and just gave up non-leading bit fields for now. I'll change it to let C code access bit fields later.

This PR introduces
mjit_c.rbthat replaces bothlib/mjit/c_32.rbandlib/mjit/c_64.rbbecause:lib/mjit/c_*.rbfor the other bit width is often either cumbersome or impossible.Generally, values generated by libclang have been replaced by
Primitive.cexpr!that calculates the same thing except foroffsetofof bit fields. There's no portable way to let C code figure it out, so I just assumed what libclang gives is correct when they are the leading bit fields, and gave up non-leading bit fields.
