Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Click ""Import Dataset" in "Environment" panel.
2. Chose "From Text (readr)...".
3. Select a csv file with "Browse..." button.
4. Error message will pop out.

Describe the problem in detail

Error message shows "Is this a valid CSV file? could not find function ".rs.digest""

Describe the behavior you expected

Preview csv content as usual.
