I just found that my yarn's version is 1.22.17 which is below the locked version. Would that be a problem? |

I don't think so, AFAIK it should automatically use the 1.23.0 version that is provided in the repo |

If you update your system yarn to version 3 things stop working correctly. This PR sets yarn 1.23.0 as the version everyone can use for the project, even if you have upgraded your system to a newer yarn version
