This is the first PR integrating #298 step-by-step. This patch moves the "legacy" parser and object representation into a new package
rosidl_adapter. For now all symbols are being redirected to not break existing code. Once all generators have been updated that will be removed.Since the change itself is trivial I triggered only the Linux CI:
