Former home of the KDL Parser ROS 2 port

This repo used to contain a ROS 2 port of kdl_parser. The ROS 2 port still exists; it has been moved back into the ros/kdl_parser repository.

About

kdl_parser and kdl_parser_py provide tools to construct a KDL tree from an XML robot representation in URDF.
