Could we get a ros2 branch created on this repo? Or I would be happy to be added as a maintainer, since this is something I will use internally.

Even though this repo hasn't seen a lot of activity in a while, this provides value to ROS 2 since tf2 still uses console_bridge for error logging, and it is nice to have it be uniform with ROS 2 logging.
