Eigen deprecation should be added to jade migration #35
Description
I don't know all the details of this deprecation, but just saw it for the first time, we should probably note this on the Jade migration guide (http://wiki.ros.org/jade/Migration). @wjwwood looks like you committed the deprecation notice, perhaps you can fill this in with some background?
