test(state-prune): add end-to-end snapshot+replay coverage

## Overview
Current tests are mostly unit-level; no end-to-end snapshot+replay validation.

## Scope
- Add integration tests for snapshot creation + replay.
- Verify node_count, state_root verification, and report fields.

## Acceptance Criteria
- Tests pass on CI and fail if replay is a no-op.
