- Real-time chat infrastructure (WebSockets, sync, media, voice)
- Payments (subscriptions, async flows, virtual currency)
- Performance (bundle size reduction, SSR, runtime improvements)
- Analytics & observability (product events, Web Vitals, monitoring)
Built the product from scratch and scaled it to ~1M+ users, owning frontend systems end-to-end.
