on different computers, chunk hash is changed by manual chunks even if not modify anythings.

I used rollup@2.77.3 and rollup@3.0.9 versions，
On one computer ,build two times，i can get same hash . on other computer , chunk's hash has be changed.
The computer os is the same （macos and node 16）。
