How to reproduce the problem

Consider the following code snippet

expect(mapOf(1 to 2)) contains all(keyValue(1) { isLessThan(3) }, keyValue(2) { toBe(2) })

Describe the bug

all was replaced by keyValues in 0.15.0 instead of deprecating all and adding keyValues as replacement

Expected behaviour

no breaking changes in minor versions, i.e. all should have been deprecated but not removed
