Bugs finding table cells when row has both `td` and `th` elements

Two somewhat related bugs:

1. `Get Table Cell` and `Table Cell Should Contain` fail to find cells if table row has `th` cells after `td` cells. This isn't too common.

2. `Table Column Should Contain` doesn't work with `th` cells at all when using negative indexes.
