@yangli2 Just a heads up. I am changing the API for debug painting across all APIs - including Python.

With #144 I realised that it is a bad idea to use platform specific frameworks, and in general an SVG library. Instead I will refactor the APIs so we have a IGraphics interface (GraphicsABC for Python) with very few and simple drawing methods, and then use a concrete class named SvgGraphics that handles the rendering.

I have already implemented this for .Net, and it now works on Windows, Linux and macOS instead of just Windows.
I will do the same for Java so we don't need java.awt.Graphics allowing users to use a "headless" (no GUI classes) with Java.

The benefits are:

We don't need any external library and maintain code around it. We have our own code for generating SVG/XML, which are simple and will be consistent across all platforms.
We don't have CPU and memory overhead, as the rendering will be as fast as it can get when we are in 100% control.
The API debug graphics will be identical for all Bot API for Python, Java, .Net, etc.

I will do the implementation for Python and test that it works in two new classes. Afterwards, we can refactor the code to use the new classes.
