Csv format is not working from s3 url when use_memory_table is set to false #267
Description
Issue:
When I use S3 url and set use_memory_table to false it throws an error:
Error: DataFusion error: Internal error: No suitable object store found for s3://roapitest/processed/rice/2016/output.csv. This was likely caused by a bug in DataFusion's code and we would welcome that you file an bug report in our issue tracker
Expected Behaviour:
Should work as is like parquet format which works fine with mentioned configuration
