- Bump workspace package version from 0.18.1 to 0.19.0
- Update all internal plugin dependencies to consistent 0.19.0 version
- Bump rmqtt-conf to 0.3.2 and add version flag to command line options
- Add -V/--version flag to print version information and exit
- Add Node::version() and Node::rustc_version() helper methods
- Display version information during server startup
- Remove version flag from structopt to use custom version handling
- Maintain all existing functionality with improved version reporting
