- Update workspace package version from 0.18.0 to 0.18.1
- Bump Rust toolchain requirement from 1.85.0 to 1.89.0
- Update all internal plugin dependencies to consistent 0.18.1 version
- Update ntex dependencies to exact versions (2.16.0 for ntex, 2.6.1 for ntex-tls)
- Pin ntex-mqtt to 4.6.1 for compatibility
- Add ntex-tls dependency to egress MQTT bridge
- Remove /Cargo.lock from .gitignore while keeping other lock file patterns
