This fixes the CI workflow by restoring the valid rust-cache action ref, updating the release-script invocation to the supported flag shape, and removing the nonexistent inspector test step. It also updates the TypeScript SDK integration test harness so the mock agent fixture writes launchers to the platform-specific install paths the server actually uses and passes matching env into the spawned server. Local validation passed for the release-script checks, the ACP v1 cargo test set, and the TypeScript SDK integration tests.
