We use the database for registrating our magazines i want to add older years to the database i use the tax field for this

Is it possible to add 2005 and up to the database ?

Editing the tables by myself

Additional context
Editing the subject and category and ad or changing them in the interface for the documents selected
I could imagine: adding categorys direct in the database so you can select several documents and then drop in another category.
Free tekstedit for the subjects?
