Delete all files associated with a document ID from the file cache when document record is deleted from the database. #65
Description
When a document record is deleted from the database, delete all files associated with the document ID from the file cache. This will prevent the file cache from getting out of sync when a document ID is reused causing the user interface to reference the cached PDF and image files of a deleted document.
