I believe that CI failures are unrelated to my changes:

this seems to be as wrongly configured CI - the test failures are about missing resteasy-client-jetty and resteasy-client-vertx artifacts - but those modules are not part of the build so with empty local repo they really don't exist

https://github.com/resteasy/resteasy/actions/runs/11874465753/job/33090487138?pr=4411 seems to be something intermittent, I am unable to reproduce locally, maybe just rerun that?
