• New debug option to show the blueprint in the streams view #4189 added very initial support for viewing the blueprint in the timeline

The usefulness motivates a handful of additional features that would make this an amazing power-feature:

• All blueprint edits should be logged using a sequential "blueprint" timeline instead of timeline
• Rather than hijack the timeline view we should open a second timeline view below the first. This is necessary because we can't otherwise switch to the "blueprint timeline" since no data would be logged there.
• Blueprint components should implement DataUi as appropriate.
