It's nice that VideoFrameReference is not needed for VideoStream, but it's also a bit of a weird!
There's no reason we couldn't make VideoFrameReference also work with whatever video data via VideoStream is found on a given entity.
This would make the user experience of video in Rerun more consistent overall.
