I'm reporting this here just for the record and because it results in bad output documents (see below).
Very occasionally (maybe 1 in every 10 runs) I'm getting a Relaton error [relaton] ERROR: 'doi:10.1002/9780470688106' -- unexpected end of input at line 1 column 1. I've tried running relaton fetch ... CLI 20 or so times back-to-back but cannot reproduce.
