I open the game normally, and when i want to activate the virtual controller for keyboard and mouse don't respond

I've been playing peacefully for a month, today (the same day I'm uploading this report) I started noticing this error in several games, first it was in death stranding and I thought it was an xCloud bug, because it only happened in that game, but then it started to happen in others games, like fallout 76 as seen in the video, gta online, assassin's crees unity and syndicate and probably many more (Except the games that are compatible with keyboard and mouse, like fortnite and cyberpunk 2077) . This has never happened to me before and I have no idea what could possibly be the problem.
