- Rector should run on PHP 7.4 but I'm getting
"Class 'ReflectionAttribute' not found". On line: 13which looks to relate to thisvendorfile: Container.php#L13 ReflectionAttributeisn't available until PHP 8.0 or above- Running Rector with PHP 8.2 and against the same code and everything is fine

Relates to code in Rector's ./vendor directory
Expected Behaviour
To be able to use PHP 7.4
