Problem description

Steps to reproduce

1. In assembly tree, create a Body>Pad>Sketch>Rectangle.
2. With the Body activated, create DatumPlane or LCS using PartDesign tool. Attach it to the Body's face or vertex.
3. Create Element for the DatumPlane or LCS. Enable visibility for the created Element.
   The shown Element has plane positioned incorrectly.
