Currently trying to refactor the windows build to use more modern patterns with PyInstaller and github actions.

Also needs wxPython 4.2.4+ to highlight rows properly as per https://github.com/realcarbonneau/taskcoach/blob/master/CRITICAL_WXPYTHON_PATCH.md
