Generating In-Distribution Proxy Graphs for Explaining Graph Neural Networks

This is a PyTorch implementation for ProxyExplainer.

Usage

  • By default, the experiment will use the pretrained models that are saved in ExplanationEvaluation/models/pretrained/GNN/.
