When using the Go Toolkit, several links are added using well-known locations that all start with ~readium. This currently covers:

• the position list
• the Content Iterator API
• and Guided Navigation Documents generated from Media Overlays

When we use the manifest command, these links are rather unhelpful and should be removed from the output.
