…llation In addition to `AuthorizationHeaderValueGetter` and `AuthorizationHeaderValueWithParamGetter`, a new `AuthorizationHeaderValueWithCancellationTokenGetter` is added with support for CancellationToken. Also, the `AuthenticatedHttpClientHandler` and `AuthenticatedParameterizedHttpClientHandler` internal classes have been merged into a single `AuthenticatedHttpClientHandler` class to reduce code duplication.
