BREAKING CHANGE: Remove prop-types

  • Removes prop-types and related deps
  • Use DynamicRefForwardingComponent from @restart/ui
  • Cleans up a lot of types
  • Add a bunch of workaround to generate docs since react-docgen isn't great for TS
