Description

The Wikipedia pages for opening featured or random pages don't work for some URLs. There seem to be two issues:

1. Some URLs don't seem to be properly extracted, i.e. the path segments contain tags and titles
2. Some URLs are not properly escaped (e.g., containing spaces)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the "Featured Page" or "Random Page" commands

The current behavior

It sometimes does not open the page and shows an error screen.

The expected behavior

All pages get opened in the browser.
