Description
Extension
https://www.raycast.com/thomas/google-calendar
Raycast Version
1.93.2
macOS Version
15.0.1
Description
The @google-calendar AI command creates events in UTC, not the local time zone.
I explicitly added, "Please use the time zone Europe/Berlin when adding new events" in the system instructions for the AI command; I also tried to specify a time zone directly when prompting the extension. Both to no effect.
The time zone is correct when manually using the Create Event command.
The prompts I tried:
- Add Breakfast with Lara tomorrow 8-9am
- Add doctor's appointment 16.04.2025 15:15h
- Add doctor's appointment 16.04.2025 15:15h, Timezone is Europe/Berlin
Steps To Reproduce
Create an event using the @google-calendar AI command
Current Behaviour
Event created in UTC.
Expected Behaviour
Event creation uses local time zone
