F I'm working on a refactoring of error code in https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/4484/files that removes plasma specific error codes from the core arrow::Status object. I'm not sure how much this project relies on them, but the fix should be fairly easy once it is checked in (I hope). Please let me know if further coordination of this change is needed.
