Description

Add logic to the Ray dashboard to parse REST commands and issue them to the Serve controller.

Use case

Declarative REST requests are first sent to the Ray dashboard. This feature extends the Ray dashboard, so it accepts these requests, initializes a Serve controller if need be, and issues commands to the Serve controller based on the request.
