What is the problem?

when I search for something in docs, the query is usually highlighted when I click a search result href. this isn't the case in the master docs.

Reproduction

1. copy some text (e.g., "Ray provides Python and Java API. And Ray uses Tasks")
2. search for it
3. I'm taken to the correct section, but no text is highlighted. this is also the case for search queries that are code.
