What happened?

Hong Kong can not be selected / Missing from the ( IMHO very strange ) "Capital" Drop down choices.

More Details :
I was using an old version of the RPi - and I have just downloaded the Pi Imager 2.0.6
While using the OS Customization options - the options- eg. SSID, pass etc were already filled ( probably artifacts from old install ) but one option was strange -
It "remembered" that my location was previously set to Hong Kong - and in fact the Timezone was selected to Asia/Hong_Kong - but then I realized that for some reason I can not select a "Country" but I need to select a "Capital City" - and in fact Hong Kong was missing from the list - and the system defaulted to the first one on the list ( Abu Dhabi, UAE )
As written above - IMHO the fact that a user need to Choose a CAPITAL and not a COUNTRY as in most cases I know is already a bit strange - and maybe has some logic that I am not aware of to justify that choice, But anyhow I think it would be a good practice to verify that all options are covered ( for now I noticed only Hong Kong - but there could be other cases )

BTW - for HK the Country and Capital are usually in other systems both set to "Hong Kong"

EDIT I

Out of curiosity I went to Check the "smaller sister" of Hong Kong - which is Macau - and it is also not on the list.
