Approving, but we might need an admin merge to resolve the circular dependency problem between this and cudf in CI (test dependencies).
Edit: I guess since cudf CI is passing we don't have an issue and we've removed the dask-cuda testing dep there or something, I can't remember. No admin merge needed in that case.
