In the website, you can search for:

Any creature you want to know about, you can search for it.
Navigate to the Compendium to start searching.

Any equipment that can be found in Hyrule can be searched for.

Any materials used for cooking and such can be searched for.
Navigate to the Compendium to start searching.

Note: this is a one-way operation. Once you eject, you can't go back!
