This only enables listing the app in Android TV Play Store, without the lean back feature Google will not show Quran in the app list.
I am not sure how people were installing it so far.

JazakumAllah khair - have you tried this on an Android TV? Before enabling just want to know what it looks like since I can expect people to email us asking for things in the future.

Tested on a TV emulator, don't have an access to a real device yet.
