We've been seeing CI builds start failing on our "when nonce manually set" series of specs.

After investigation locally, this seems to be caused by upgrading geth from 1.14 to 1.15 (CI runs on now 1.15).

This issue is created as a tracking issue to track tests that are failing because of this behaviour change.

Tests/code should either be updated or removed to match the behaviour.
