Unfortunately our CUDA driver version on our Amazon AMIs is insufficient for CUDA 10. So an AMI respin will be necessary before we can run tests.

Build but not test triggered successfully: https://ci.pytorch.org/jenkins/job/pytorch-builds/job/pytorch-linux-xenial-cuda10-cudnn7-py3-gcc7-trigger/2/

I plan to enable builds of CUDA 10 only for now.
